The Division of Citywide Case Management is a UCSF/ZSFG Department of Psychiatry program. Since 1981 we have been providing comprehensive intensive outpatient services to San Francisco residents living with severe mental illness.

All eight Citywide programs (Assisted Outpatient Treatment, Employment Services, Focus, Forensics, Linkage, Probation, Roving, and the Rene Casenave and Richardson Apartments) are comprised of multi-disciplinary teams of psychiatrists, licensed psychiatric technicians, clinical social workers, nurses, marriage and family therapists, occupational therapists, peer case managers/life coaches and employment specialists.

As part of UCSF, we are fully committed to providing quality education and training for both undergraduate and graduate students. Interns will participate in weekly individual and group supervision, didactics, case presentations, and multidisciplinary team meetings.

As a program that actively promotes diversity, we provide multilingual services in English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, German, Tagalog, and Farsi among others. We also promote sensitivity toward gender and sexual diversity.
