Citywide Forensics Full Service Partnership (FSP)

In 2006, the Citywide Forensic Intensive Case Management program evolved into a Full Service Partnership (FSP) model through voter-approved Mental Health Service Act funding. The program was one of the first FSPs in the state to focus on justice-involved adults with serious mental disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders.  The program operates from a recovery-oriented “Whatever It Takes” no-fail model that focuses on providing wraparound individualized services and supports from a strengths-based perspective.

The program serves an on-going caseload of 175 participants with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, master level clinicians, nurses, employment specialists and peer specialists.
