Citywide’s contract with the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office also includes a full-time master’s level clinician embedded at the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Office. The Citywide Pretrial clinician provides intensive case management, therapy and linkage to individuals exiting jail under the Pretrial Diversion’s Assertive Case Management program who are identified as high risk and high-needs clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Citywide Pretrial Service:
Any Pretrial ACM client that screens positively on the Brief Jail Mental Health Screen is referred to the Citywide clinician for further assessment, linkage, and treatment services.
