Citywide Supportive Housing

 

The Citywide Supportive Housing Programs were designed to maximize housing retention for SF renters who are at-risk for returning to homelessness. Since 2004, we have been committed to housing advocacy for SF's at-risk and have expanded our services to serve individuals in various Permanent Supportive Housing settings. We continue to partner with local housing providers, legal services and other community resources to assist individuals in maintaining their housing resource. 

Our Teams

 
Roving Team

Since 2004, Citywide Roving Team has been providing intensive case management services to master-leased hotel residents. Services are focused on resolving behavioral health and other issues to prevent eviction and reduce housing instability. Currently, the team serves more than 3000 units in 28 permanent supportive housing buildings.

Flexible Subsidy Housing Pool Team (FHP)

With initial support from Tipping Point Community, this team provides case management support to formerly homeless clients entering "scattered site housing", a newer type of permanent supportive housing for San Francisco, in smaller buildings than typical PSH/SRO and located in neighborhoods throughout the city of San Francisco.

Citywide Support Services at The LeNain est 2024, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the senior residents of The LeNain Hotel community, in partnership with DPH nursing and DISH Property Management. 

Citywide Support Services at The Camelot

Citywide Support Services @ The Camelot est 2024, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the residents of The Camelot Hotel community, in partnership with DPH nursing and DISH Property Management. 

Citywide Support Services at The Windsor

Citywide Support Services at The Windsor est 2024, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the residents of The Windsor community, in partnership with DPH nursing and DISH Property Management.

Citywide Support Services at The Empress

Citywide Support Services at The Empress- est 2024, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the residents of The Empress Hotel community, in partnership with DPH nursing and DISH Property Management.

Citywide Support Services at The PBI

Citywide Support Services at The PBI- est 2025, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the residents of The Pacific Bay Inn at 520 Jones, in partnership with DISH Property Management services.  

Citywide Support Services at The Star

Citywide Support Services at The Star- est 2025, Dedicated Citywide staff provide on-site support services to the residents of The Star Hotel in the Mission neighborhood, in partnership with DISH Property Management.
